Am i missing something? Why isnt Canaan's vote on zaro being counted?

IMO, There is something fishy going on when we vote zaro. Right after Canaan voted Zaro his vote wasnt counted and MWB got two votes.

To test my theory I will need someone to vote zaro. The person who votes after that person will get control of the person who voted for zaro's vote

That may have had something to do with the "yellow" command, and not unperson?
