what about 2 baddies and if one dies in the first day phase, they can recruit?

3/8 is too many

If there are 2 baddies:

game starts 6-2
night 1, baddy kills.....5-2
day 1, town misses....4-2
night 2, baddy kills....3-2
day 3 - must get a bad guy

could be fun, but tough since limited voting patterns

1-to-6 ratio is OK when there are good RPs. If there are no good RPs, then 1-to-4 ratio is OK, IMO.

If you are concerned about night kills, give the village an Angel, or only allow baddie kills every other night.

It doesn't really matter, since the first coupla days will most likely result in bandwagon kills of regulars. Then things get interesting. (Or as interesting as possible).

I'd say just decide and don't reveal the numbers.

In addition to both my day job and my real job, I also farm forty acres. A couple of weeks ago I unearthed about twenty bones in my field. Horse, I think.

I'd hate to be on a heater. It's been 105 every day here in Kansas.
