Re: ***STAR WARS GAME THREAD***
When the Senate and Jedi Council met the following morning, they were stunned to see that all members arrived and no one was killed. However, a grave look came upon Mace Windu's face.
"The DarkSide has grown in numbers last night. One of you have been converted."
The Senate looked around the room, casting glances at each member. Names were being thrown around, and defenses stated by everyone except one. In the corner, c2i was sound asleep. Not a peep coming from him.
The senate and jedi council discussed how they were going to handle the situation, and they came to the conclusion that the Dark Side has affected c2i ability to react.
Mace Windu took his lightsaber and slashed a sleeping c2i in half.
After a moment, Mace Windu exclaimed that the Dark Side of the Force was still just as powerful in the room, and that:

Re: ***STAR WARS GAME THREAD***
After yet another failed Senate meeting, the remaining Jedi and Senators returned to Mos Eisley's spaceport for a few beers and a change to recollect their thoughts. As the night wore on, senator npv was drinking a little to quickly for the rest of the Senators. Later in the night, a senator told npv to settle down. When npv didn't, the rest of the party left him alone at the bar.
Senator npv took the hint and started to walk home. As he turned the corner, a hooded figure stepped out and yelled "take this for being a ***** three games ago!" as a blaster bolt hit npv right in the head, killing him instantly.
When the next morning arrived, the rest of the Senate and Jedi found npvs body. Upon further examination, it was determined:
Entering the Senate room a few hours later after the grizzly discovery of npv, Mace Windu was very disturbed. When asked what was wrong he replied "the dark side of the force has grown even stronger since yesterday. I believe another one of you in this room has been converted to the dark side".
And with that, the room fell silent, as the realization set in that yet another one of their own was now a member of the Empire.

Re: ***STAR WARS GAME THREAD***
Well my day today blew up, I won't be around much, which is unfortunate because I will have a hard time tracking whether anyone is buying into what Senka is trying to start here. Suffice it to say, senka has just been "suspicious" of me this game, I think when you look at my voting record and comments you'll have a hard time finding anything all that incriminating. I think there are fair better options at this point than me where we have some harder facts (voting) to go with.
With npv and c2i coming up blue, we really ought to get a red now.
Recall that with the MikeEnIke vote, there we have discussed that, at the time, there were likely 4 reds. MikeEnIke voted for thg in that round. The votes with Mike for thg were Senka (green), PFIDC (blue), c2i (blue), and cup keeper (unknown). The other non-Mike votes were LITT for someone (twc maybe) and npv for someone else (can't remember). I had suggested that I didn't think there were three reds in on the Mike vote. For there to be three reds on that vote, I think it would have had to have been started by the baddies, and, as thg said, as good as the reds were playing, why would they start a vote on one of their own?
Now we are faced with the situation that we know that either three reds were in on the MikeEnIke vote, or cup keeper is red (he could be red anyway now - could have been recruited). Lets look at the Mike vote again and see who would stand out as possibly three reds in on that vote. I guess I feel like as these other non-Mike voters keep turning up blue the likelihood that there were three reds on that Mike vote are increasing. I'm still inclined to believe that cup keeper must be red. I also believe the best Mike-voter vote today is slappy. He was suspicious to a lot of people with his early play, then he sort of came back to playing a more normal game, but his voting has been suspect -- last vote on Mike, the switch to LITT that I discussed yesterday, I think he's a pretty good vote. Problem is, if there were three reds in on the Mike vote, I think slappy is not among them and might actually be green (man, reds are playing a good game).
Well, that's probably a lot of rambling, I didn't have time to go back and read this morning. I am going to go ahead and force choke cup keeper for now. If I switch my vote, I'm inclined to go to slappy. I'll try to check as often as I can. A good case could probably sway me to someone else (redwill perhaps) as well.

Also, I like Senka's thinking (except for the choke Kraftster part) that rel and thg would be good targets for the reds.

Re: ***STAR WARS GAME THREAD***
This is where I'm leaning if we believe the Mike vote was a set up by the reds. For sure.thehockeyguru wrote:Force Choke Troy Loney
I also think those early voters on Mike would make good recruit targets. I only worry because we barked up the other tree so long (pfidc, then LITT, then c2i, now npv) that if we walk away now, we gained nothing by it. Of course maybe what it showed is that, now with cup keeper the only non-Mike vote left, maybe there were three in the Mike vote/it was a set up and we're only getting that because the past few days.
