Day 9

It was a long and frustrating day at camp. Accusations flew, but not much was decided.

Eventually, we came to a consensus time ran out and something had to be done.

As we sat around trying to come up with a new method of killing, crayz slipped out of camp and started to run through the jungle. In his mad dash to get away, crayz failed to notice the nearby well. He tried to stop himself, but it was too late.

crayz fell in and died.

By now we had come to accept that night meant people were going to die. We decided that tonight we would just wait by the fire and come what may. The moon was full. Oh wait, that's just Corvi, never mind.

We tried to make small talk for awhile, but it became clear no one was interested in talking.

I stared out at the sea for awhile and said a silent prayer. Then I went to bed and waited for the inevitable... but it never came.

Game isn't based on the show, just the theme. If you are not green or blue, you are bad. Red and orange are just different factions of bad compared to the good.

This post was made right after Loney was killed and we found out he was a part of the orange faction. We all attacked Dean when he questioned whether orange meant bad but we let npv slide by. He's just kind of gone with the flow until the last few day phases. The clincher was when he voted for corv during the last phase. My opinion is that corv is on the side of the survivors and since he can't die at night (apparently) he (npv) tried to vote him out during the day.

I definitely understand where you're coming from with this view, but I never trust people when they come out as having powers in these games. Usually, about 1/4 of the time, they're lying. Think back to the dagny vote, early in the game, I was the first to throw out there the idea that although Dagny was claiming she was a good joat, I claimed it was possible that she was a red joat. There's a lot of weird stuff going on in this game. I'm still not sure how c2i was blue, but unable to die that time.

On a side note, I've related the following info to the mods, but I've been away from any computers for the majority of the last two days, except for intermittent periods during the morning and late at night. Me and the gf have been preparing to move into a new house in Millvale, so we've spent most of the last two days painting the living room. It was hot pink before we painted it.

Anyways, what I'm getting at is that I haven't been around a computer and when I have been you can always look at the "Who is online" part, since I don't do the whole hide online status thing that other gamers do. When I'm online, I'm visible.

I have a bunch of catching up to do tomorrow with the game thread. I have to look at how the last few votes went compared with everything else from earlier in the game.

I've been trying to think about this this morning.

My original thought was that the Orange faction could not kill at night, but could caputure. And if they captured a RP, then said RP no longer could play in the game, and their role would be revealed if a corresponding Orange guy died. (See when Kicksave was revealed when Troy died, and maybe slappy or Zaro was captured by an Orange, who was killed the same night, revealing their powers).

But Malk is still unknown, and may not be revealed until his corresponding Orange capturer is killed?

I also think that if they capture a blue, they would be gone for the day, but released at night since they had no powers, hence mac getting released.

The Orange probably cannot kill at night, only capture, and their goal is to get all of the RPs, red and green to win. If they can't, then they have to be a majority left in the game. They can't capture sdm because he is protected (assuming he is telling the truth), so no move was made last night.

Since they can't capture regular villagers long term, this is a handicap to them, so in return, they can't die at night, they must be voted out.

I know it sounds crazy, and I could be WAY off, or I may have a piece or two, but off on other things, but it is extremely strange to me that Corvi and canaan can't be killed. And they have not even looked in each others direction for suspicion purposes. Unless I missed something.

One or both could be orange members working together.

Any thoughts? I know there could be a lot of holes in the story, I definitely missed stuff in 54 pages of game play.

But my money would be on Corvi or canaan, or both.

Seriously, if you are a regular villager, we are coming down to the end of the game. If there is no input, and you let the ORange faction run the vote and slowly pick off regular villagers, then this game is going to be over rather quick.
