Redwill what the heck.

I didn't kill Slappy because he was protected.

You could of killed him last night instead of Crayz. He outed me and game over. Come on.

imo you should have tried to kill slappy regardless the night he was protected. You never know, sometimes the angel doesn't believe the seer or they take a chance and protect themselves and slappy the next night thinking you would do what you did.

does that make sense :pop:

Yeah, between that dumb luck, and our killing mac in night 2, that was a quick hole that was made near impossible once I got bandwagoned, which left redwill alone with no one to strategize with. Same thing when NAN went down for the other faction.

Might have been a twist to have a faction merge there, say as the benefit of tagging the convert, if this theme is run with again?

Yea it does.

I still stayed away from slappy because even when he outed himself, the angel wouldn't and shouldn't have known.

I thought the duel factions went well, I'd like to see it in a bigger game.

I thought it was an odd choice for you to add A Sealed Box of Mark Madden Farts as a character, but hey, it wasn't my game.

I think it was a real solid game...If 2 factions don't kill each other off in the beginning 2 days.....it's a whole new game.

I thought it was pretty even balanced with 4 good RP's, 6 bad in 2 factions.

The mix here was that while there was the normal one bad kill per night, albeit alternating, there was no role blocker or seer from from the bad side. this in and of itself is not necessarily a bad thing, but normal villager tools but not normal mafia tools certainly helps the village on its face. Our ineptness with the first two night's kills only exacerbated that. This concept might be nice for the next game that has 33-35 people in it, perhaps empowering each faction with a seer on top of the 3 per side this one had. Just a thought.

well the reason, I went with no powers for the mafia is because it was a small game. 6 Baddies already gave them a leg up. A role blocker or seer would have really crushed the jobbers.

If the 2 mafias hadn't decimated one another so quickly, the lack of powers for the baddies would have been a non-factor, IMO.

These games are kind of a crap shoot in that way, you could play the same setup repeatedly and get a different out come each time. It just depends. *shrug*

Thats what I was kinda going for in the first place. Just hoping that the first two kills weren't mafia.

I thought it was a solid setup as well. You can't control the bad guys killing each other off. Even if they had a seer, they still had to kill someone... and there's a good chance the first 2 nights don't change at all. Add in the lucky random kill of relantel on Day 2 and the rout was on.

I appreciated the effort that went into the writeups... solid work by TW & KS. :thumb:
