Fantasy Wars Sign-Up Thread

Night 1's actions are going to take place behind the scenes between now and Monday morning. I would like to start Day 1 at 9am Monday. Good luck to you all and I hope you enjoy this!

Well, since WCW/WWE Wars have drawn to a close, I'll start the sign-up thread for my game. Malkamaniac is going to co-mod with me, as well.

The theme is fantasy (like orcs and crap, get your minds out of the gutter). No need to pick character names or anything like that, unless you really, really want to.

The day-phase will have a 12-hour limit, the night phase will be an 8-hour limit. This does not apply for overnight. Once midnight hits, the deadline is paused until 9am the next morning (example: It is night in-game. There are 5 hours left when the clock strikes twelve. The deadline will be 2pm the following day.).

Weekends: Weekends will lack a deadline, but the time will pause just like it does on weeknights. So, Friday night at midnight, the deadline pauses until 9am Monday. Which means, if it's night...it's night and if the RPs choose not to send in their PMs, it'll be night all weekend.

There will be NO night-talking. There will be a small grace period (5-10 minutes) after that a warning will be issued, if the talking persists, there will be auto-kills.


Roles:

-First things first...once sign-ups are complete and I do my random.org, I will send out PMs to the potential RPs to see if they want or are capable of dealing with a role. If they are not, the role will be randomly re-assigned. No roles will be revealed until everyone agrees to accept a role. The PMs will be sent at a reasonable hour (just for you PFiDC) and I won't start the game until everybody responds one way or another.

-No roles or number of roles will be revealed in any form before the game. There is a reason for this, so, you'll have to just trust me. The goal is to be more advanced than your average game, but not as crazy as Corvi's game.


Ideally, I would like 30 people, but can adjust based on interest. The start date will be flexible based upon the interest, but the earliest this game will start is Mon. Feb. 22nd.

Well, I can't guarantee anything, but if it goes that long and you're in, we can work something out, I imagine. Even if you have a role.
