I think the only way to end the talking at night is to self regulate....

I don't think Canaan was the seer, either. But, if the bad guys were confused on it...what better way to handle it then send out a little feeler post from one of their own. I don't like night talking. I think it's more detrimental to the village. I'll stand by my vote.
I agree, I hate night talking. I guess I just read it more of...."I just logged in for the first time and saw we already lost our seer?!?" kind of post - not really giving away anything of substance...especially if he said the wrong roll.

i'll probably look bad but I don't think he is bad and would hate to go after someone I think is good (especially based on the timing)....rather random and have a ~20-30% chance of getting one

I'm not joking. I'm very serious.

He comes out, during the night, and is like "Aw crap, the seer is gone" when I think, the majority of people weren't sure what Canaan's role was or wasn't. I'm imagining it was to glean information from the town members who would take the bait... (grr...Letang...grr...).

Honestly, I don't care if you are town or a bad guy...if you talk about anything worthwhile at night, you deserve to go the very next day.
I just assumed it was the seer. I still equate everything to werewolf.

If anyone is dumb enough to come out otherwise, then the village is in big trouble.

It's early in the game, I hate switching votes. The wagon is rolling, so go ahead and take me out. I'm not a RP, so I have no powers.

Just a screw up on my part.

cupkeeper has been a bad guy, what, 9 times in a row now?

Also, I like the lynching of NAN but not the reason for it. Talking at night as the reason to lynch NAN? No, we lynch NAN cause he's NAN.

I just want to be sure that we're doing it for the right reasons.

P.S. Lynch NAN!

fyi - i don't think that started until 4 people were dead last game (i think it would be too easy to determine who said it was corvi's reasoning)

I'm gonna throw this out there one more time even though it is destined to be futile...

Let's take out a quiet person who has shown us absolutely nothing. THere's little to go off of, so let's get rid of someone who won't give us anything until we say "Oh yeah, I forgot ____ was playing." Then they chime in on day 5 after everyone else has been talking for 4 days.

Jay is doing it because nan spoke at night, not because it was necessarily a baddie tell?

Your post seems too eager to jump on this because of a "strong" tell? Everyone is else is jumping on because...well....it's nan?

your post comes off red imo
