I'm still catching up, but I asked if it was safe to reply, in the chat, and was told it's a day phase. I'm pretty far behind, but I want to get a vote in, just in case it takes me too long.

So... you voted against the person who called out a godfather, and are now voting for the person that godfather voted for? This is just a strange, strange move...Senka wrote:Votes from round one...Dagny 2 (Senka, redwill)

No. i clear dagny because redwill joined me fairly early. thg didnt change his vote. did he vote when it was like 8 votes against him? or did he lead it. if he led it, then hes safe, if he did it from defense and knew he'd die, its a smart move... i didnt read that far ago

Re: Hollywood Wars: Game Thread
I assume Senka is proposing a staged argument and bad-guy sacrifice of THG to gain the village's trust, since THG was gonna go anyway. That sort of makes sense, I guess, but I'd like to see more before I cement my opinions.
If there are two bad guy groups and THG and Redwill were in opposite groups, it makes the interpretation of round 1 a bit less simple. I think with two bad guys out now, though, we shouldn't be random.org-ing things.
Not sure for whom to vote right now, but if this round doesn't flash by like the last one, I should be able to weigh in before it ends.

I see the potential logic in the TW vote. Not sure if it makes the most sense right now, but i see where he's going with it.

For two reasons...
1) His reasoning for voting for TW, just because thehockeyguru put a random vote on TW.
2) I'm not getting caught up in a jaysmiter/Malkamaniac feud. That screams pissy villager match to me.

Re: Hollywood Wars: Game Thread
And I've discovered that makes me miss everything. This game also happened to start on my day off, so I actually got to participate.MWB wrote:I tend to agree with people who are suspicious of ones who threw thg's name out early. I believe it was brought out in the sign up thread that if he was a bad guy his own team would vote him out, or something like that. It's smart because everyone knows he'll go early anyway.
Dagny is playing completely different from earlier games. She always wants to wait to vote and wants discussion. Yet she has thrown out early votes both days. It's very possible that she knew thg was bad because of a tell and was so certain that she thought it best to vote. However, she admits to not being certain of redwill and voted for him. In past games she wouldn't have done that, even with going to work. She always says she hopes to catch up and vote when she returns. I just find it all a little odd. Maybe there's nothing to it though.
You are correct. I was certain of thg. I said I wasn't certain of redwill the same way I was certain of thg, meaning I didn't see the same tell. It wasn't because of the "trick" that Pavel taught me. I didn't have time to explain, but reading up, it seems others did a good job saying what I would have. The way redwill tried to keep thg in the game seemed quite transparent to me, along with a couple of others.
I'll tell you right now, at this stage of catch up, I've got a list of suspicions that I'll need to post cuz I probably won't make it through the night. So, don't reach majority til I catch up!

He was absolutely all over the map the last couple rounds...combined with his late and unexplained switch to CK with me, that is enough for my vote.
