I feel a bit better about this now that Zaro spoke up. IE's silence makes me a bit weary but we can look into that tomorrow.
That should be 7.

we have another villager vs. villager like the THG vs. redwill (not saying that redwill is a villager, but that's what i'm thinking right now.
and also, i don't think there's been a single time that i haven't changed my vote, whether it was jumping on someone or leaving the voted party for someone else.

i'm not sold on tfrizz... i only change if i'm sold from what everyone is saying... just like THG. i thought he was a goon for sure pretty much the first few rounds... changed at the end because of what he and everyone else was saying (also looking back it didn't make sense for him to be a goon

And Azkar. We're batting .333tfrizz wrote:shafnutz05 wrote:waive tfrizz
Just going back through the last couple of day patterns, and tfrizz is the only one I can garner any suspicion for. In the Senka vote, he switched over towards the very end. Same with the THG vote. That's a nice way to show that you are just "going with the flow" when a superstar is offed.
He did not vote for Azkar...I know normally goons will go ahead and switch over to sacrifice their own, but I can't see them doing that with Azkar. The seer is a huge role to lose. While I believe tfrizz is extremely suspicious (hence why I am voting), I don't think we can ignore the other players that didn't vote for Azkar.
His votes:
jwienand (superstar): jumped on the bandwagon
Senka (superstar): jumped on right at the end
Azkar (goon detective): did not vote for him
THG (superstar): switched over from redwill at the last second to THG, with what I thought was kind of a weak reason to switch. I believe that since he knew redwill and THG were BOTH superstars, it would make him look good if he refused to join the THG bandwagon right away.
Not the best reasoning I have had, just my gut feeling.PensFanInDC wrote:oops...just to be sure

Too quick on the tfrizz vote, IMO. He was obviously the strongest choice out there, but I was hoping for more interaction to cast a better light on sdm5055, cup keeper, count2infinity, IrishEyes, and a couple of others. Now we'll have to wait 'til after the night phase.
Here's hoping for a goon.

He really is the best option, at the moment. He's def. not a good RP and at the very worst, he's just a regular superstar. Hopefully this decision gives us more to go on.redwill wrote:Too quick on the tfrizz vote, IMO. COUNT
tfrizz - 8 (shaf, pfidc, zaro, troy, beerman, mac, kicksave, MWB)
cupkeeper - 2 (sdm, count2)
zaro - 1 (tfrizz)
count2 - 1 (cupkeeper)
8 to waive. Limit reached, writeup coming...

I'm not saying it's a bad choice -- just too quick for my tastes. We were getting relatively good participation and interaction. I was hoping for more info.Kicksave wrote:He really is the best option, at the moment. He's def. not a good RP and at the very worst, he's just a regular superstar. Re: NHL WARS I GAME THREAD
I agree, it's just hard after 4-5 people jump on one bandwagon early. People are afraid to switch in fear of "being suspicious". Just gotta hope we get lucky right now.redwill wrote:I'm not saying it's a bad choice -- just too quick for my tastes. We were getting relatively good participation and interaction. Re: NHL WARS I GAME THREAD
Joe Sakic - tfrizz is out on the rink stretching when village D-man coach Jiri Slegr approaches him. "Look Joe," says Jiri, "you are past it. Its time for you to move on, you're super old and no one likes you anymore. Plus, it seems like there is a Avalanche bias around these parts, what with what happened to old Wojtek; no one wants to start their car near you anymore."
"Hey Jiri, why dont you shut your mouth. I'm twice the player you ever were!"
"But do you have the liquid sexy eyes, Joe? Get off the ice -- you're waived!"
But Joe wasn't going down that easily. As Jiri came off the ice, Joe pressed the button hidden in the shaft (wait, what) of his hockey stick. Jiri turned around to see this bearing down on him:
By then, it was too late. And to add insult to injury, in the pile of scattered bone fragments, the village found Jiri's Gun and Badge-- Jiri Slegr - MWB was the (Superstar Cop). On his way out of town, Joe Sakic - tfrizz (Suicide Bomber Goon) and the rest of the goons had a good laugh at the village's misfortune as night fell.
Still alive in BUTTMANVILLE:
1. Beerman - Rico Fata
2. Shafnutz - Bob Errey
3. Pavel Bure(killed night 3)
4. Troy Loney
5. Cup Keeper - Don Cherry
6. crayz - Ogie Ogilthorpe (killed night 2)
7. dagny - Jaromir Jagr (killed night 1)
8. Malkamaniac - Marty Straka
9. sdm5055 - Steve McKenna
10. mac5155 - Joe Dziedzic
11. MWB - Jiri Slegr (killed by someone set him up the bomb day 5)
12. Zarovich - Marian Hossa
13. Redwill - Joey Mullen
14. Azkar - Pierre McGuire (waived by the village day 2)
15. Senka - Ryan Whitney (waived by the village day 3)
16. count2infinity - Eddie Olczyk
17. npv708 - Charlie Conway (killed night 3)
18. Juice - Michael Peca (killed night 1)
19. JS(c) - Gary Roberts (killed night 4)
20. Kicksave - Chris Bourque
21. Hockeyguru - Dino Ciccarelli (waived by the village day 4)
