Can we take a vote on decreasing the time limit to 6 hours for vote/4 for rps? That way the ENTIRE day can go no more than 10 hours instead of 20?

yeah... decreasing time limit is the only chance of speeding this thing up. The nights should be a bit shorter anyway, IMO since it is a small group of people deciding what they want to do as opposed to a bunch of villagers that can't agree on anything.

i suggested this earlier today. it encourages the RPs to be more active. if they fail to meet it once, slap on the wrist. 2 times, game over for them

For some reason, I have taken a very strong liking to redwill, in this thread and, moreso, as it's progressed. Every time I read a post, I'm struck by the though that I really like this new poster. However, I see he's not actually "new", so that piqued my curiosity more, which sent me looking through some of your posting history to figure out why I haven't noticed this poster before.

Reading through sealed the deal. Intelligent, thoughtful, and witty. I think redwill might be my favorite "new" poster.

I recall that I responded once to a post of yours, questioning your dislike of turnips. I love turnips, and I suspect that any clear-thinking non-slug villager would too...

Beets are good too, especially roasted with a bit of salt.

Compliments aside, this disturbs me in this game, as I don't want to let my fondness for the poster cloud my judgment.

As an aside, since the last couple posts popped up while I was typing this. Remember, this is a Role Playing Game. Whether or not one is a RP, slug, or villager; we are each still playing "roles". Nothing should be taken personal in here, as nothing should be meant personally. We argue, we yell and scream at each other, we throw accusations around. It's all part of the game. Nothing more.

but ah, finally, morning is upon us. We had a very interesting night. There were reports of armed robberies at the slugula's cribizzle. Many of the villagers were fast away, playing NHL10 on their Sega Genesis, to even know any difference. When the police came, they found nothing but the remains of the wicked child, a regular villager in a puddle of his own blood. Turns out, the slugs are also samurai sword-yeilding individuals who take no mercy. GARDEN BEWARE!
