Oh, by "at this point" I mean "today" or "this vote." There are certainly others I would be all about, but two of the three I named have at least been mentioned and voted for this round and could garner some steam.

My main hesitation for letang is the dagny thing....it's almost like clockwork that when someone takes a huge stand against a non-slug the slugs/wolves will kill that player to basically force the village to atleast discuss the possibility that the person was on to something....

It just makes more sense at this point for juice to go...so in this case juice is either dead or the mayor used his last pardon...if we don't kill juice the mayor will probably still be around and still have another pardon...plus the bird wont have a nom the next night....that gives the wolves two chances to off the bird.

That was my main hesitation, as well. Except I realized that was one of the reasons I was going after Canaan.

I just think that, with 6 slugs...it's so easy for them to employ different strategies and even sacrifice one or two slugs to divert attention away from others. You're right...it is almost like clockwork for slugs to eat someone to divert attention to another; however, it's gotten to the point where that could be a viable strategy again because people immediately shrug it off and say that it's too easy.

I'd also like to throw neophool's name out there. While I may of been skeptical of his name(matrix reasoning). Dude just doesn't post enough to even be considered a player and often forgot about, not to mention he'd be perfect for a slug because heck, he's rarely mentioned.

Just looking at the vote totals now makes it seem like we're really getting played by the slugs. People are all over the place and some have reasons for the way they voted and some just threw votes out there. Hard to make heads or tails of anything.

Alright Here's my suggestion to start things moving towards an actual decision that will hopefully land us a slug:

Jay/Canaan, why don't you two put off the vote/countervote for now and vote for one of the top 5. Theres a huge chance that at least one of those 5 is a slug, so you wouldn't be wasting a vote.

This is when this game is frustrating. So even though there is no reason given, you're going with it.... that just doesn't make sense to me.
