“Hey MikeEnIke, you wanna play cards?” a cloaked villager asks.

“Sure" He says, with a wink and a smile. What a nice fellow. “So, are we playing for pennies,” he asks? “I’d love to play for higher stakes but I just got laid off from the baby bottle factory and my wife is expecting again.”

“Oh, you don’t say...” The villager replies as they both start walking.

“Yeah, normally I wouldn’t follow someone in a cloak, but I love you all so much and I know no one would ever hurt me.”

“Interesting… hey what’s that?” He points off in the distance.

MikeEnIke turns his head to look and someone throws a noose around his neck!!! Five more cloaked villagers come running out of the shadows and tie his and hands and feet together. They drag him to the center of town and string him up like Kermit’s left hand (what the hell does that mean?).

“WAIT!” cries a man from off in the distance. “We’re SALTING!!! NOT LYNCHING!!!”

“Ooooooooooooooooh” the crowd groans.

But they turn around and MikeEnIke is already dead, so he’s not a slug. Just a regular guy trying to survive in a harsh world. But someone just went to Ye Ol' Costco and that jumbo bag of salt isn’t going to waste! They cut him down, take out his organs, and use it to Mummify MikeEnIke! Awesome. They prop him up in the pub and all have a drink to his honor.
