Happy Mardi Gras
Happy Mardi Gras yinzers. Gonna be a great one with beautiful with a blue cloudless sky, although a bit chilly for most of the locals. But that is not really why I am here today. You don't have to be in The Big Easy at MardiGras time to enjoy these dishes...do the link. And while you can make these dishes outside of New Orleans, they are best enjoyed in restaurants in south Louisiana and Mississippi. Think I'll have some beingets this morning if I can get near one of the places they are served. If not today, tomorrow.
