Our defensemen trying to stay out to keep the faceoff in the zone but two officials just watch Harkins get tackled by two guys and do nothing. They are losing control of this game. Great job *******.

Flyers looking to draw the Pens into getting a retaliatory Penalty.Have to not get goaded into it.

The refs are literally watching for it to happen too instead of stopping things from getting out of hand.

Agreed. And after every whistle they are taking a step back allowing the type of scrums that will give them the chance to make a call.Didn't call 2 guys nailing the Pens player behind the net on top of the Lawton Cheap Shot on Crosby.

How many odd man rushes will Tanger start going the other way tonight? He is lucky none of them have panned out yet. But the problem is he keeps putting us in a bad position. He doesn’t learn that being reckless with the lead costs us games just as much as not scoring on the PP.

Games like this that I wish Sully would let Acciari play the way his scouting report says. “A bowling ball on skates, hits everything that moves”

Would love to see that.

Outside of some mindless plays from Letang the Pens had the better of the play most of the 2nd Period.
Ned with 4-5 quality saves to keep the Pens ahead.
Graves playing better, looks like he simplified his game.
Flyers decided to go back to their roots that since the Officials are allowing them to get away with it.The hit on Crosby is a clear example.
Rust still having a rough time of it,he can't get close to his play that was so good for the first 20+ games.Need him to find it soon.

If the Flyers make this a 1 goal game, get ready for Carter to take Puustinen’s spot on the 3rd line for the rest of the game.

DOC's speed is special man - he's really starting to put it altogether these past couple of games. And consistently.
