Dramatic, self-serving nonsense like this is the reason pretty much all of us have went somewhere else to post. Good lord.dagny wrote:hmmm....... concern troll. Well, I know it was not the most Earth-shattering news, but I do feel a little bit like Snoop at the 1995 Source Awards...And I got the same treatment by both boards...Tomas wrote:320,7xx,xxx + 1

Re: General discussion thread
There was a discussion about what is or is not an internet troll. I came across this (2nd) definition in wiki. I'd never seen it described this way. I thought it was interesting.Crankshaft wrote:That is interesting. Any more info on this?dagny wrote:hmmm....... concern troll. At one time, I enjoyed debating opposing views. Like you it became a huge time waster for me, but I hung with it. However, when the frustration level exponentially exceeded the Mendoza line, it was time to go.stinky wrote:NHR used to be my favorite time waster at work, is there anyway us lurkers can get some general / generic insight on to what happened and if we will get back to the "good ole days"the riddler wrote:This place seems like it lost the entire board. The lawyer that lives across the way, jogs to the next town over and back before work everyday. 15 miles round trip.

Me!
First thing I said when I woke up: "my allergies are going crazy! I hate this!".
I'm in California, though.
FWIW, I take advil cold & sinus during the day and benadryl at night. The advil c&s doesn't stop the tickle of the allergies, but it dries everything up and opens the chest. Claritin and other daytime otc allergy meds don't work for me.

This is pretty serious: http://www.engadget.com/2016/01/06/hack ... n-ukraine/
Hopefully everyone begins taking this as a serious threat. The more prepared people are for things like this the better. Imagine a large metropolitan area like NYC and the death toll if something like this happened. Also, you can bet that almost all of the federal help would go to larger cities and the more rural areas would be left to help themselves.

Instead of an automatic car wash, an automatic people wash would be so awesome. It'd probably cut water usage by a 3rd too. Go green, go clean.
