Re: TV Shows
Did anyone notice that during 30 Rock they briefly showed a picture of Roethlisberger in a hottub with Jenna and her boyfriend?

Yeah. I thought I caught a glimpse of his name. I had to go back and rewind it to make sure. Pretty funny.Sam's Drunk Dog wrote:Did anyone notice that during 30 Rock they briefly showed a picture of Roethlisberger in a hottub with Jenna and her boyfriend?

Re: TV Shows
I thought it was below average for the show itself. I just didn't find it that funny. It was more awkward than anything else to me. Still love the show.cheesesteakwithegg wrote:Last week's episode of Community (Troy's 21 birthday) was awesome. Last night, however, was awful. Probably the worst Community ever. I did not laugh once.PensFanInDC wrote:2 rather poor episodes of Community in a row. They better come back strong after Christmas.

the office has been good this year. it's a shame it will cease to be relevant after this season.

i think they'll end up trying daryl, dwight and jim at separate points, and see what sticks.Letang Is The Truth wrote:i hypothesize daryl is going to take over the officeshmenguin wrote:the office has been good this year. it's a shame it will cease to be relevant after this season.

Yeah, it will last maybe an additional season or two. But like all shows that have been around for 6 or 7 seasons and then lose a main character, it goes down hill and interest is lost.shmenguin wrote:the office has been good this year. it's a shame it will cease to be relevant after this season.
I only see it going 2 more seasons at most, and it won't be the same without Michael.

Re: TV Shows
I've been very happy with the Office this season. The last 2 have been so-so for me, but I really think they picked it up this year.
I do have hope for the Office after Michael because the supporting cast is so strong (Jim, Dwight, Andy, Daryl). They can make it work.
I can't wait for Parks and Rec. I must have watched every episode of season 2 at least 3 times.

I can't imagine it would stick around. I really wanted to love that show, but it's just underwhelming. I still watch it every week, though.Letang Is The Truth wrote:i think thats what they said. is outsourced getting canned?MWB wrote:I forgot about Parks and Rec.... is that coming back in January?

I hear you. I guess that they figured that they have a big enough following that they can flex it and people will follow it.Letang Is The Truth wrote:im surprised they keep flexing 30 rock. people are pretty attached to that show

Re: TV Shows
so i just started watching how i met your mother in syndication. i begrudgingly admit that it is a solid show, except for ted being one of the most unlikeable main characters in TV history.

Why couldn't Walking Dead S1 be more than 6 episodes?
