So he's not just "Hammer" anymore and took back the MC?Eismann wrote:I'm not sure which is more puzzling: HOssa to DET, or MC Hammer's career being over, despite numerous recorded public claims of his legitimacy as an artist being unstoppably more resilient that any hypothetical desire to quit on his behalf.

It'll be the August highlight.
I'm still not sure if this thread > Racchi's Rug thread.

I know where you were going with this but it's moot - the money that was there sign Hossa this year is gone, as it went into signing Orpik & etc.Doogs wrote:Just for arguement sake... if this season comes and goes, as it most definately will, and the Pens offered him a similar contract to the one on the first of July... would he sign it?
That being said, there's always the possibility that Hossa would take a discount to play with Crosby.

There is a lot of money tied up in 1 year deals. So there is the possibility for it to be there. J. Staal's deal needing signed aside.wallflower wrote:I know where you were going with this but it's moot - the money that was there sign Hossa this year is gone, as it went into signing Orpik & etc.Doogs wrote:Just for arguement sake... if this season comes and goes, as it most definately will, and the Pens offered him a similar contract to the one on the first of July... would he sign it?
