Remember, that was before I woke up.

I agree that this board is very impatient, and I'm probably #1 on that list.

This vote was very spread out, with some people explaining why they voted for someone.

We waited for a very long time. Finally someone voted and then everyone switched. It is the nature of this board, and you have to adapt. If you know it is going ot happen, lay a foundation, do something that makes people think otherwise to vote for you. I think that is why a lot of quiet people get voted off right away. It is easier to get the game moving, and there is no rebuttle. It may be wrong, but it is the way it has gone the last 4 games.
