He's no Tim Thomas...oh wait. He's way better. Much fewer soft goals going in on Rask. Still a couple, but to the same degree obviously...offsides wrote:A .944 save percentage in the playoffs for Rask. Just unreal!!
Including the first period of this game, it's now .945. Up to the minute.

The Bruins aren't even very good they just buy in fully to the system and trust that good things will happen. I hate their style of hockey

they're big, tough, skilled and they're coached well. they're a great team and might win the cup.

God this game is way too familiar.... how does Boston do this wet blanket routine to the most talented teams in the league?

Re: Other NHL games
I'm bitter, they play their system to a T, reminds me of the old Devils. How Claude figured out how to get them to work as a 5 man unit in their own zone that allows for the skater to penetrate to the middle of the ice while at the same time having all 5 guys collapse on him choking off any passing/shooting lanes at the same time is something else to view. Unfortunately it's extremely boring as well. Good for them I guess but it's not fun to watch.Sarcastic wrote:you're going to have to elaborate.Pavel Bure wrote:The Bruins aren't even very good they just buy in fully to the system and trust that good things will happen. PB, you're right. I dozed off a couple times watching this. Although If I was a Boston fan, I'd love it.

Chara is the worst. And the Bs are the most boring team in the NHL.
