The Bills will struggle mightily against Jax if LeSean McCoy is out. He's their offense. His status is uncertain, but it sure didn't look good when he was carted off yesterday.Durbano wrote:Yes. If Jax wins, Pittsburgh plays them in the next round. If Jax loses, Pittsburgh plays the winner of the other game (KC-Tenn).lemieuxReturns wrote:So most likely we play Jax after wildcard round?

I'd like the Jags at home even without the injury. They've dropped two in a row but they also weren't playing for anything in either game.
I think it's a second round of rematches, with both home teams getting a chance to avenge regular-season losses: Jax at Pittsburgh, KC at New England.

Rather have the rematch vs the Jags than Chiefs.

On 1/14, Steelers host playoff game at 1pm. Pens host the Rags on NBC at 12:30. What is NBC thinking first going up against the NFL in the playoffs and second having the Penguins involved when it’s fairly good odds the Steelers would be playing? Same thing happened last year but they moved thevstart of the Tampa game, this one is National so who knows.

If Mark Andrews from Oklahoma decides to enter the draft Steelers need to be all over him. The guy is a monster TE.

Very light NHL schedule that day. The other games:DelPen wrote:On 1/14, Steelers host playoff game at 1pm. Pens host the Rags on NBC at 12:30. I’m not sure what the NFL is doing anymore. The Chiefs-Titans game, when has a QB stationary in the pocket ever had the benefit of a forward progress being stopped to overturn a clear fumble? And my eyes and the black line of scrimmage mark tells me that Mariota was well ahead of the line when he threw the pass to himself, was the line on the TV wrong?

Agreed on both points. The "stopped forward progress" comment was a riot. He was standing still and got crushed.

I know is cliché but if Ben doesn’t throw 5 INT’s this weekend I like our chances.

Tuitt and Burns were injured in practice today. Gonna need both of them to win it all, I'd think.

To beat the Pats, for sure. To outscore the Jags not so much I’d think.Durbano wrote:Tuitt and Burns were injured in practice today. Gonna need both of them to win it all, I'd think.

Sloppy start from an short kick, bad return coverage, bad pass coverage and just like that Bortles probably had more pass yards than all of last week.

On a side note, the Steelers lack of ability to cover tight ends could sink this team.

If this team chokes today, and losing to a lesser team at home in the playoffs will be a choke job, heads better roll.
And there’s rogers running away from a first down instead of going forward.

I think regardless of the outcome this year Haley is good as gone. I think butler would be safe, and Tomlin is safe. They look like hot garbage so far.

Tired of this team coming out flat and unprepared to face what gets thrown at them by the opposition. Lots of football left but this is as bad a start as possible.

The jags are doing to the Steelers, what the Steelers should be doing to the jags.
