I always wondered how they would portray that if there was a movie. HBO pretty much said, ok, let's not beat around the bush here, let's just give it to them. I thought it was truly creepy and awesome.

Pretty much this. I'm not sure it could have been done any better.

So last night at harrenhal, they showed the mountain with the brave companions. Why was I thinking that Lord Beric Dondarrions group was called the brave companions. Lem and the gang, what were they called then?

The Brotherhood. What The Tickler was interrogating the prisoners about. At least iirc.

I'm not liking the new Mountain, yeah he's really tall, but he looks too skinny. The old Mountain looked so much more fierce. It might look better if he had a full suit of armor on instead of just chainmail and a breastplate.

yeah, hes not nearly as intimidating. the original dude had scheduling conflicts because he got cast in the hobbit and chose that because he said it was better for his career.

I caught up with the most recent episode last night. I will never understand hatred some people have for eachother in that show. I feel like something was lost in the translation to tv.

Cute widdle bitty dragons. Book 2 describes the dragons as being the size of scrawny cats at this time. They’re not really of a substantial size until the timeframe of A Dance with Dragons.

My wife and I were talking last night about how there are about to be a few more characters introduced. This does not bode well for the show IMO. In the last 2 weeks we have had maybe 7 minutes of the Jon Snow storyline. 7 minutes out of 120. Now they are going to add a few more characters. Since I have read the books I do not mind this but to all those who have not it could turn them off from watching.
