I can’t accept that Karlsson wants to play the PP like this but hasn’t his entire career until now. It’s the coaching and our player have always listened to the coach except one time when Therrien got fired and that was an old school move by Gonchar to help force that. Every other coaching change has been the players buying in to the coach and what the coach wanted wasn’t ever going to work.

Swap out the coach and Karlsson and Graves will improve markedly.
