So they put up the stats showing the Pens Powerless Play futility and it showed we were 0-35 in 2008-2009. We are sitting at 0-34 right now.

Seemed like the Pens played better as the period went on,the effort was definitely there.
Jarry had a few strong stops matched by Bobrovsky with a couple late.
Florida took advantage of the Pens by coming at them with speed in transition,have to be better back checking.
The PP with its usual result. Aimless zone presence made worse with Carter hitting Sid with a shot to nowhere.
The number of different guys are just staggering.

Not sure if TV saw it but after Crosby got knocked down to the ice after the whistle, he slowly skated over to Mikkola and speared him. Right in front of the ref with no call.

Crosby violently slamming the bench door for 2nd game in a row, after PP ended.

The players in the PP assuming that streak was under Therrien would had been Crosby, Malkin, Sykora, Whitney and Gonchar. None of them simply forgot how to play hockey. None of the guys tried during this streak forgot either.

Coaching needs changed just for the sake of a change at this point.

We aren’t far away from a mutiny. Sid had always done what he’s been coached to do even when it’s not the best use of him and others on the team. Rutherford fired Johnston when he turned Sid into a grinder. This team is screaming for a change.
