MWB is playing the exact same role as TEIB. Whether that's a hero, villain or regular camp counselor is up for all of you to determine. You're doing a great job so far.

TEIB was not Mod Killed and the all important role held was passed along to MWB. TEIB was just holding down a red spot until MWB was ready to take over.

I would not be surprised if Loomis was an independent. Based on the film I would say that fits the role. Yes, he was a good guy, but he did act independently and outside of the law when you look at the series as a whole.
