doh. My scratch sheet with the hand history is at home so was going from memory. 10 hearts is the card that should have played then. (I consulted the saved PM anew just now)

Troy just wants to rub our noses in it. haha.

Probably should edit your 5 Hearts post for clarity.

I think we're good. i have the last remaining trump and we only need one more trick

To start I had 5 Hearts and the Joker. The widow was a pile of crap. all it allowed me to do was short suit myself. Good think i didn't get ambitious and go 8 hearts.

Only Heart I had was the J Diamonds. I had two Aces, but the rest was absolute garbage. My A Clubs would have taken the sixth trick, but rel had it with the King.

I knew when I led the K hearts that there were two trump left, and TL had them both so at best he'd have the one left after that trick. (WK woudn't have played the J Hearts when there was nothing else left to beat TL's A hearts in the 2nd trick)

looking back, if I was a little smarter, I would have played the K hearts when he played the Q, as the 10 would have beat the hearts left later. Still, TL would have had excess hearts and that would have only gotten it to 7-3.
