Not in recent years. It's not quite as offense-driven as it used to be. Not since one of two teams lacking offensive talented started having success by playing defense.

For selfish reasons, I would like to see Burakovsky back in Erie after 9 games in Washington. But man is he going to make it tough for Washington not to keep him. Kid has a laser shot...probably the hardest wrister in the OHL last year. He's going to be a goodie...
