I just think Canada is playing with much more urgency and organization compared to the Finland game, not that Finland played so much better than the US is playing right nowthe riddler wrote:USA's defense is hanging on by a thread. I thought the Fins played Canada tougher. They were smart with the puck and patient. USA looks disorganized defensively and offensively they have nothing going. I'm not sure how much of it is USA's fault or Canada is just too good.

Canada is playing more like a team that feels it really has to win the game, Team America is playing like a team that would really like to win the game.

Finland slowed the game down a bit. USA is trying to go toe to toe. They're not out of it and had a few quality chances to tie it.

Typical Bylsma coached big game......but it is only one goal. I am sure the USA would have taken being down one goal going into the 3rd if you asked them.

Team America would have blown the game wide open by now.tifosi77 wrote:Canada is playing more like a team that feels it really has to win the game, Team America is playing like a team that would really like to win the game.

They're dumping the puck in but not getting it. And when they have it on the perimeter, they are losing every battle.

Quick is the only reason it's 1-0. He is playing a great game. Shame if he loses.

I love the praise for Toews being "right back at it" as he's getting completely outcompeted for the puck by Shattenkirk.

Price is pitching the easiest shutout in a medal round game in Olympic history.

Crosby could have 12 points this Olympics. Lots of misfires, near misses, and good saves.

A Bylsma-led high powered offense with no powerplay prowess being shutout in a big game. Where have we seen this before?

I don't think Quick is going to get a chance to push offense.
