This concept has potential (for someone who has time to mod a game, that is):

I get the feeling in about 5-10 years there will be a book or an interview where it is revealed what exactly is going on with this team in the locker room or behind the scenes. Something is off, very off, and I get the feeling it is similar to the issue in Washington where the room is divided and the coach just isn't addressing it. I could take a stab and guess it is a Letang/Fleury/xxx vs Crosby/xxx/xxx vs. Malkin/Neal. Not as simple as a russian clique in DC.
