Perfect match in my opinon, a player going nowhere fast on a team going nowhere. The Snapshot wrote:He isn't getting a chance there.
He's playing with Wellwood who hasn't scored all year, and Jokinen who hadn't scored in forever until he got a gift today (it was on a shift where he wasn't with Tangradi).
Tangradi is useless.

The 7th round pick we got has zero points as well, but is plus-minus neutral.Pavel Bure wrote:No points and a minus player with 5 more mins of ice time a night. Thanks a lot HCDB.

I believe that's code for cranking down.Bennett later commented that he found Tangradi playing video games upon entering the room.

Jets up 4-2 over Devils with about 9 minutes left. ET has about 5 minutes TOI.

5 minutes with the Jets! Thats as good as at least 3 minutes on a real team.

I saw some Tweets that Jokinen had a new linemate, so I figured ET got bumped.Krom wrote:Jets up 4-2 over Devils with about 9 minutes left. ET has about 5 minutes TOI.

Pens playing terrible tonight, so I started flipping around. ET once again is getting well under 10 minutes TOI tonight.

I can't help but feel the Penguins ruined Tangradi's development somehow. Every year after training camp you'd hear the same quote about finally being comfortable, but the Pens never did anything to really make him feel comfortable.

How did the Pens make him:wondermoose wrote:I can't help but feel the Penguins ruined Tangradi's development somehow. Every year after training camp you'd hear the same quote about finally being comfortable, but the Pens never did anything to really make him feel comfortable.
Soft.
Slow footed.
No hustle.
Non-existent hands.
??
How about we lay this one at Tangradi's doorstep? He's on a bad team right now, and yet his ice time is DECLINING. A team that is sucking out loud, and the guy still can't get on the ice? That is the type of situation, as pointed out earlier in this thread by another poster, where if a guy is working hard, hustling, and making himself a presence out there------------------------ the coaches are going to fall all over themselves to put him in. He is not commanding that type of situation, and ain't nobody's fault but his own.

Pretty soon Tango will be playing the same song and dance that he did when he was here:

Its not his fault, obviously the Jets just are not using him properly... right Nizzy?JS© wrote:Tangradi update with the Jets:

It's a shame the dude can't figure it out. Tough luck but just another prospect in a long list of prospects that won't make it.

He must be trying to fit in with the rest of their bottom 6... I think they've got a combined 4 points this season.guiner wrote:Its not his fault, obviously the Jets just are not using him properly... right Nizzy?JS© wrote:Tangradi update with the Jets:
