AFC North should vacate a playoff position. They are collectively that bad.

On the plus side, the Steeler D has held Tyler Eifert to zero catches.

This is basically a week 4 preseason roster for the Bengals and this team can’t do anything against them.
Fire Tomlin tonight.

So the Ravens understand the importance of their game and are trying to win.
Tomlin must have had his boys playing Madden all week because they defeibaylwy weren’t ready to play football, again.

That return looked like a fumble. Elbow and ball hit the ground at the same time meaning no control.

That hold was crooked again and almost caused a miss. You can go back and look at most of the misses byBoz, the holds were garbage.DelPen wrote:There is something seriously wrong with how Berry holds kicks.

If Mayfield had played the entire season the Browns would have won the North.

It is crazy to be cheering for the team and QB that we know will be a thorn in Stillerz side for years to come. What a funny game.

The play that killed the season was Grimble trying to ram through the Denver DB and costing us 7 and the game.pronovost19 wrote:Steelers did not deserve the playoffs. Glad they did not get in.

No, but expect overtime between Colts and Titans and winning field goal with less than a minute left in overtime.

Wonder if Ryan Shazier has learned enough about linebacker position to coach. Seems like the outside linebackers, the all pro inside linebacker they should sign with Bells money and the number 20 pick would be very coachable

Re: Official Pittsburgh Steelers Thread
Today sucks knowing the Steelers are done until next season but they had no business in the playoffs this season anyways.
Couple observations:
- RB position is an overpaid position. Watching Conner step into the Bell's spot and play just as well and even outperform in some cases and then seeing him go down and Samuels stepping in and doing the same has me thinking the Steelers need to take a guy and just sign him to a small dollar contract and take the savings and move it to a position that does actually demand high money. Maybe RB by committee.
- Tomlin needs to be let go. I am not one of the guys who has been saying it for 10 years, but the staleness needs to change. The only real argument on the "Keep Tomlin" side is that the Steelers have not had a losing record. But that really shouldn't be the "standard" as Tomlin likes to say.
- The Steelers need to focus on drafting a LB.
- The running game should be a focus again for the Steelers. Longer drives help the defense too you know.
- The Steelers need to employ a replay coach to help the head coach with what to challenge and what not to challenge.
- Bye bye Butler. and any other coaches the new coach doesn't want.
