He is a bit of a Jag though. Does public autograph signings but refuses to get into character or even put on the glasses. Wants to be taken seriously as an improv guy.
That's kinda weird. I'd bet 99% of those people are in line because he's Pittsburgh Dad.
So, Superman will be Atom or is it A.T.O.M.? Pretty cool, even though I don't really know the DC universe very well.
Arrow future storyline spoiler
Spoiler:
Did we know this was happening? I saw an interview where these pictures were brought up...but I didn't see that coming at all. Other than the sudden interest in martial arts training.
Spoiler #1...
Spoiler:
Ray Palmer is the hero know as the Atom. His suit allows him to shrink or grow to any size he wishes. The OMAC reference has me a bit worried, so hopefully they don't stray too far away from the comic inspiration.
Spoiler #2...
Spoiler:
It's been know for a while. In the comics, Dinah Laurel Lance is the Black Canary - a heroine based in Star City and love interest of Oliver Queen (Green Arrow). Since the time Sarah (The Canary) returned, most people had speculated that she'd be killed and that it would act as a catalyst for Laurel to become Black Canary.

Hayley Atwell. As Stan Lee would say, 'Nuff said.
Is she time frozen or something? Does it take place in the 1940s? I'm having issues with the chronology of Howard Stark being Tony Stark's father, unless there is some cryogenics going on here.
Did anyone watch Gracepoint and also watch Broadchurch? Just curious if the killer's the same in both series. I finished Gracepoint last night and would like to watch Broadchurch unless the storylines are identical.

Broadchurch is worth it; as to whether they are the same or not I don't know as I only got through e5 of Gracepoint.

It was a misleading article. The never actually halted production of the show. The original order for the season was 13 episodes with an option to order 9 more. They were only 2 or 3 episodes into the season when that order had to be placed, so NBC didn't do it and they're running with the 13 that were produced. It's usually an indication that a show will be cancelled when the extra episodes don't get ordered, but this seems to just be a case of timing.
It seems timing has been as issue with the show, the whole first episode debacle where they wanted to go in another direction but simply ran out of time and had to roll with it. Other than that episode, which still semi entertained me, I think each week the show gets stronger.

Yeah, the pilot was really out of sorts. Zed was never planned to be in the show. They got such a strong negative reaction to Liv, who was supposed to be on the main cast, while screening the pilot that they wrote her out completely and replaced her with Zed.
The only other hiccup was that they aired the episodes slightly out of order. Rage of Caliban, which was the 6th episode to air, was supposed to be the 2nd (hence the Halloween theme) and actually occurred prior to Constantine meeting Zed.
Chefpatrick871 wrote:Tfrizz, have you watched The 100? I keep seeing previews when I watch Flash or Arrow and it almost looks like something worth watching.
I haven't. Netflix Canada puts the latest episode up each week, so I may take some time and check it out.
