Romo is my favorite analyst. He knows what he's talking about.

Not that there was any doubt before today but Bell is never playing for this team again. Conner and Samuels both have looked good this year and both will only keep getting better.

Just read an article in the Trib that said winning this game was the turning point for Tomlin. Great, my fears have come to fruition. Tomlin bought himself another season or two.

Well he got a winning season again so there’s that.Humperdink wrote:Just read an article in the Trib that said winning this game was the turning point for Tomlin. Great, my fears have come to fruition. Tomlin bought himself another season or two.

Yep, that's what his defenders keep saying (not saying you're in that group), but a winning record is not the standard in this town. Additionally, with the offensive talent amassed on this team, the intern to assistant equipment manager could coach this team somewhat successfully.DelPen wrote:Well he got a winning season again so there’s that.Humperdink wrote:Just read an article in the Trib that said winning this game was the turning point for Tomlin. The biggest glaring weakness outside being unable to replace Shazier has been a problem under Tomlin since Day 1 and that is a complete lack of preparedness in every aspect of the game. All the little things that teams like the Patriots execute week in and week out the Steelers never seem to get right.

Redskins piss away their division, chargers piss away their divisions, maybe, and the Giants can’t hold a 2 score lead.
This is essentially a playoff game, lose today we need Baltimore to lose and/or a Colts-Titans tie and still need a win next week.

What a hose job.
Tunch was talking pre-game this crew of refs calls more penalties on the visiting team (by far) than any crew in the NFL.

I would say officiating is why we will miss the playoffs but that would gloss over the craptacular job Colbert and Tonkin have done again this year.

I think Steeler management took Tomlin's toy (the red flag) out of his toy box for the rest of the season.itissteeltime wrote:Damn close to a fumble. All the dumb challanges Tomlin makes and he wont throw it there???

Or the alternative is they are holding the WR every single play but we are the only ones getting called for minor contact.Humperdink wrote:Ben's over throwing today. Adrenalin.

It would be nice if Switzer would catch one of these at the 10.
