Same. Last night I was going to watch Gotham but decided to continue my binge watching of Arrow. It still amazes me how good this show is, especially the production value.

If there was a "TV shows you've never seen and people get mad about it" thread Arrested Development would be on my list.

I don't watch much TV anymore, but I think FOX is the network I watch the most now:

FOX - Gotham, New Girl, Brooklyn 99, The Simpsons

CBS - Big Bang Theory, Amazing Race, 2Broke Girls (losing interest)

ABC - Modern Family (Losing interest), The Goldbergs

NBC - Nothing

Cable - The Walking Dead, Hell On Wheels, AHS, The League, It's Always Sunny

I got all 3 seasons in very recently. It's tough going back to the 1 episode a week schedule.

I tried to continue my binge watching of Arrow last night but Netflix wouldn't connect so I watched my first episode of Gotham. Looks like I've found another show to binge watch.

For me:

FOX - Brooklyn 99, Family Guy (both I watch via OnDemand)
CBS - Big Bang Theory
ABC - Modern Family
NBC - Blacklist, Parks and Rec
Cable - Walking Dead, Law & Order reruns (I will actually DVR these since the original L&O left Netflix. Thank you WE network for marathoning the episodes in order)
Netflix - Arrested Development, Chuck, House of Cards, Frasier, Fringe (I am five episodes from finally finishing the series and I just can't bring my self to do it)

Slightly modified since I'm Canadian...

CTV - Agents of SHIELD, Arrow, The Big Bang Theory, Castle, Gotham, The Flash

Global - Constantine, Elementary, Hannibal, Saturday Night Live, Sleepy Hollow

City - Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Modern Family

AMC - The Walking Dead

I lost interest in Modern Family last season, so I don't really stay on top of it. Sleepy Hollow I usually watch two episodes at a time every other week.

I was very surprised to see that. I don't think this season really measures up to last years, but last night was a good episode. Probably the best of the season.

The FBI buffoonery on Blacklist is going to force me over the edge. Attempted hit averted then a motorcycle pulls up next to you and you stare at it than rather than run it off the road.

Yeah, that wasn't weird or anything...black motorcycle with two guys on it following you after getting shot at.

Then she empties a mag into the fleeing SUV, with the complimentary glass shattering.

But it's escapist. Or something.

Really liking The Wire, just finished season 2. It is annoying how they keep getting close to big things and then get shutdown or undermined by some other interest. I like how it's not hyper violent like some other shows I watched where if someone gives a problem the solution is to kill them. Killing a person is often the last resort of the bad guys in this show which I find very interesting.

When I was reading the thread, if you asked me what day it was I would have said "Monday". It completely slipped my mind that I was 1 episode behind.

Watched last night. It didn't spoil everything and that was good. Liked the episode and was probably the best one of the season so far. They have always thrown police/FBI procedure out the window but this episode took that to new levels. :face:

re: violence

While the show is never really in your face like SOA is, season 4 (I think) has a lot of people dying.

After last night I'm through episode 11. I could probably watch it all day.

I would love to see a Batman movie or series that is handled the same way as this show. Batman movies have always been stopping the villain from destroying Gotham. Arrow has its overarching conspiracy, but its primarily about his day-to-day quests as a vigilante. Less superhero, more crime fighter. I want that. I want "Word's Greatest Detective" Batman.
