Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
I went and looked at Gagner's draft class, without doing the math, he appears to have the second best overall point production and PPG production out of that class. If some of the lower guys with fewer games have the same PPG, its not much more.
edit - looks like Logan Couture and Jamie Benn have better PPG, but still his is pretty darn good at .61

I know it's one game, but the Sabres responded really well with Patrick behind the bench instead of Ruff.

So do you stay with Patrick behind the bench and Ruff up in the pressbox for the next game just to see what happens?Kovy27 wrote:Only 9 points back and 3 games in hand on the 8th place team.llipgh2 wrote:I know it's one game, but the Sabres responded really well with Patrick behind the bench instead of Ruff.

I think Ryan Miller is starting to get his mojo and head back. Milan Lucic really **** him up.llipgh2 wrote:So do you stay with Patrick behind the bench and Ruff up in the pressbox for the next game just to see what happens?Kovy27 wrote:Only 9 points back and 3 games in hand on the 8th place team.llipgh2 wrote:I know it's one game, but the Sabres responded really well with Patrick behind the bench instead of Ruff.

Re: Non-Pens NHL Games Thread
Miller was having problems before Lucic ran him. I don't think he had fully recovered from the concussion he suffered at the end of last season. The Lucic hit just prolonged things.

Flyers on the PP...Giroux with his personal no trespassing zone. I don't get why the guy gets no pressure from the D on the PP
