Good to hear, I went with honey, I shrunk the kids (which still holds up surprisingly well) and Vincent price house on haunted hill. Looking forward to peaky blinders if not just for the name

He's an actor that I will see a movie or show just because he is in it.

Anyone watch Orphan Black? I'm almost through the first season (which is on Amazon Prime). I knew it had gotten a bit of buzz as a serious Emmy snub. So far, I don't think it's quite that good, but it's a solid sci-fi show elevated by an amazing performance by the main actress, who is also quite attractive.

HoW...
Spoiler:
Well... that took an unexpectedly morbid turn. I didn't like Ezra's character much, but was certainly not expecting roast Mormon on the menu. Ruth taking down Snow was somehow satisfying... though I wonder what implications it will have for her going forward.
Also.. I am beyond sick of these random breaks in AMC's seasons... just play the gd shows through. Have to wait till Nov 8 for the next episode.

Or Pirate Bay.

Having said that, of the people I have known, who have received warnings from their ISP: it's always been because of current shows on premium channels.

YMMV.

i still think there's an outside chance that it will be ok. the pilot was terrible, but i still thought a lot of his material was funny. if the supporting cast was even average, it would help.

I like his standup too but I can't see this working. Its funny because Comedy Central played one of his specials late Friday night and I kind of zoned in and out on. I know this sitcom is based on his stand up, but the entire show was almost word for word from bits I watched Friday. So maybe that kind of ruined it. I'm not joking when I say the script was word for word from his standup.

I didnt watch it, but it makes sense that the pilot would be a lot of his bits. He can turn over material quickly being pretty succesful on snl.

Yeah I'm sure. That's why I'll give it a few more chances. It would have been different had I not fallen asleep to that standup on CC. This was the pilot, and I mean I could recite in my head the next lines that were coming because I remember it from 2 nights ago. It was that exact. Took away from it. Definitely not the worst show. If some of those TBS soiled diapers are hitting 2nd and 3rd seasons, then this should.
