Nice play by Wheeler. ANd McD had time to dust it off and pick his spot top shelf. And the rout is on?

Yeah, not to get over confident but this one might be in the bag.

It's probably the least awkward one. It does look like someone just punched him in the face

But I'm sure we'll get some testicular cancer awareness PSAs after the game.

The German commentator has been all over AO today, saying how he's only standing around on the PP, wondering if he maybe isn't all that great, not as good as he's said to be. I love it.

How'd this Slovenian team beat the Slovaks yesterday and now the Slovaks are still scoreless with the Russians?

39 is Miller's number. It's just that he can't wear it in Buffalo because Dominik Hasek...

I forgot about him, I looked up Buffalo Sabres retired numbers and didn't see it listed so that was a second thought.

I just turned it to ESPN 2 to watch some highlights... they lead with the Russian/USA game (surprising), and listening to them try to pronounce names... oh lawd.

Someone told Kessel before the Olympics started that every goal equaled one more cheeseburger. The guy is on fire right now, big tummy or not. Maybe he's chanelling Tim Thomas but I love it.

He's fat, but he's actually good at what he does...thus, his relevance and success!

Haven't watched but guessing that Russia is the team having the letdown. Understandable.

U.S. not great in the 1st period but did well to score early and begin consolidating that big win yesterday.

Meh, unless Slovenia pulls off a miracle Russia is locked into 2nd place. Still, a loss would be good for the lulz I guess.
