The game was too ambitious. I had forgot Canaan tried this before.

On Raw we were going to screw slappy out of the title after a match review and award it to The Rock. Then The Rock was gonna turn on the McMahons. But we just didn't have enough participants to keep things interesting. It would devolve into a Rock/HHH/Jericho feud for the next like 6 cards

Thanks. Yeah it went a lot smoother in my mind. Honestly the participantion kind of surprised me, everyone who posted did good and a few stood out as exceptional. Just not enough players

Interesting idea, but seems like it was too much to take on at one time. I also found the wall of text posts describing the entire outcomes a bit overwhelming... well done, but just way TLDR after awhile. Might have been easier to follow perhaps if you only tackled one match at a time... say have the two superstars go back and forth and then let everyone vote on that match, post the results, go to the next one.

Props to slappy and CS... had a blast reading your promos.

Ive done a lot of efed work in my teen years. the best way is to have the commish be the decider of the outcome based on his reviews of the promos. the voting thing muddied the waters too much. its best to let the participants have complete control of their alliances and what not. besides that, it was a fun time.

Also, it would be more successful if there was an endgame. such as a royal rumble or king of the ring tournament that eliminated players along the way and have one champion at the end, like a mix of the efed style and warz game, replete with alliances and backstabbing via email. that would be a good time.

Doc, good try, good effort. I love the creative Attitude-era writing you put into it, the outrageous nature matched the tone of that time. I agree that it's just way too ambitious for a message board that isn't already devoted to this stuff.
