That shot has been there all year. But we had to play Harkins, Hinostroza, Nieto, Phillips, that guy that got picked up on waivers( forget his name)

It was Phillips, only other waiver pickup was Ludvig

Nice to see the Pens take advantage of a Detroit Team that wasn't ready to play.Tempo and effort was there.
Ned losing his stick got him all out of whack but cmon make that save.
Sid gets a much needed goal,Smith a good bounce.2 Goals from simple plays.
Good rush from Graves to get Sid that chance and what a shot from Puustinen to get his Goal.
Forecheck and transition game was excellent for most of that 1st Period.

On a long shift, smith finally gets possession and tries to hit Pustinen at the end of a shift. Icing and they are caught out there for another face off. Usually results in a penalty or goal against.

Asking for trouble allowing the Red wings cycle around in the Zone with no resistance.

Great to see a net front Pens forward again. It’s been way too long.

For the first time since Fleury was traded we have two goalies who are actually good and have been good for pretty much the whole season and we are going to miss the playoffs and not be able to keep one of them because we are wasting money on Graves, Karlsson, Smith and Rakell to name a few.
