I'd take him and Malkin off the PP. Replace them with any two players whose names you draw out of a hat, even if they are 4th liners.

Bourque thinks taking Karlsson off the top PP will fix it. I’m thinking it’s a coaching issue but one of the best PP players in NHL history could have simply forgot how to play the PP last summer, I guess that’s a solid theory.

This isn't EK's problem. They have Rakell floating around the side of the net doing absolutely nothing, and Malkin just doing his own thing. Malkin is the first one that needs taken off the PP.

Agreed. Malkin for as good as he can look, can be equally bad or worse. When he’s not engaged he doesn’t add anything.
