That's my big one. Other ones include:
*Different position at work. Not that I don't like what I'm doing or the group I work with (couldn't be happier with either one), but it's not what I want to do forever. Already watched one guy get trained to be promoted to the next level, but being that he had more time on me it's something I'd expect.
*Drop more weight. Was down 44 lbs last year, knee injury put me on the shelf since October so I've put 10-15 back on. Still being 30-35 down isn't bad, but it's also knowing where I could have been that bothers me.
*More races. Last year I did my first half marathon, did my two races in two states on the same day, now I'm looking for a way to top that. Pretty much it will be about times. 70 mi bike race on the weekend of my b-day is also on my radar.
