What ever happened to the Oakland property that was "The Decade"? I have a close friend who was fortunate enough to have seen Bruce Springsteen there.

I saw Nine Inch Nails there probably around the same time. They basically played the Pretty Hate Machine CD along with one song that I didn't know.
