I'm almost positive there are no distilleries in Donegal.
Edit: I went on the website of a large whiskey shop in Ireland to see if some smaller independent bottlers are from Donegal and came up with nothing.

Buschmills makes some good stuff as well. The black is good and so is the 12.
Google the Celtic Whiskey Shop in Dublin they had a great selection if Irish Whiskey

Yes, it's very easy to find in PA. I've seen it at multiple Wine & Spirits here. If I recall, you're in Ohio, but the PA website can tell you which store close to the border has it.
