Ordered Guentzel signed SC Champion puck to go with my 2016 (Letang), 2009 (Kunitz) and 1992, 1991 pucks.

Heading up at lunch for hats, might have to wait a few days for the nicer polo shirts to arrive.

I went absolutely nuts last year ("Hey, this may never happen again!"), so will attempt to keep it relatively light this time. Hat and a t-shirt or two for me and my sons.

It depends on what's available. If they have the championship t-shirts in an under armor type shirt I'll buy a couple. Definitely a golf shirt for my dad, and hopefully I can find a tie. Going to a wedding later this year and the groom is a flyers fan.

I usually don't buy a lot of these things (especially right away when the prices are high), but DANG! Those hats looked killer.

Walked up to the arena at lunch. Very disappointed in the stock, will have to hit Dick's tonight. Only a couple tshirts in limited sizes and no hats.

Was looking at jersey's and noticed that they bumped the 50 year patch off for the SC Patch - Was hoping for both.

Is there really 150 worth of difference between premiere and edge? Not that any edge were actually available....

I liked the T-shirt with the sigs around the cup on the back and the golf shirt. I agree the hats were really cool, but i'm not a hat person....

Wait, what? How do you just "order a signed Guentzel SC Champion puck"???

I didn't know that was even possible. I googled it, and found this:

http://fansided.fanatics.com/catalog/pr ... ockey_Puck

Is this where you got it? Or would you recommend another site? This one says it comes with a certificate and all that, but if you're going to forge a signature I imagine it's just as easy to forge a certificate as well.

I want to get this for my mom for her birthday. She was a huge Jake fan all through the playoffs.

nhlshop.com there are about 10 different signed puck options from 60-150 or so.

The one your link shows is a Finals puck. I ordered the SC Champion puck (same price). It is actually thru fanatics, I got an email from both Fanatics and Nhl.com for my order. It won't be shipped for a few weeks. I guess it's some type of pre-order. Sidenote, I remember last year they went fairly quick and the prices seemed to fluctuate, possibly based on demand. I would assume Guentzel's will go quickly.

$83 is way too much, but it's a birthday gift for someone, and she is super hard to shop for, so a signed Jake SC champ puck it is! I hope that Jake gets $60 of this.

It was $69.99 for me. Still pricey, yes, but I don't buy much else, maybe a player tee. The un-signed SC Champion pucks are $9.99 so I look at it as $60 for Gientzel's signature along with the momento of winning the SC. I will have all 5 pucks displayed together so it was kind of a "necessary" purchase. When they have different players available, prices will vary.

give it a few days and then check Amazon. last year I got much better shirts on my second round of purchases than what was available the first 48 hours after the W.

These first white shirts are obviously layed out in advance, just awaiting the winning team logo. Boring.

OTOH finally got hats last night. Called around to all the Dicks, nothing. Dunhams said they were getting a shipment at 8:30, so we headed up there. The boxes came in at 9:20, they kept the store open til then since there were about 25-30 people waiting by then.

Crazy times.

can't believe i'm saying this but the shirt designs at Wal Mart were much much better than anything currently carried at Dick's or even Pens Gear in Cranberry.

Wal Mart has a grey back to back shirt and a 5x listing each year champs shirt which IMO are both better than any of the Dick's designs
