How bad was it? I was working.

Cheap shot, elbow to the head with about 5 seconds left if that, Wilson immediately walked down the runway to the dressing room.

Just saw it, how could Pilsbury say that's not deserving of a suspension???

He said, "It was an elbow to the head but he really didn't follow through."

It's assinine that that stupid POS gets paid to be a ####ing idiot.

Hornqvist skating this morning ahead of regular practice, without gear. Looks like he is a good bet to remain out on Tuesday, at the moment.

Hmmmm.

If Wilson can't go, and Hornqvist isn't ready ... who fills the role that Wilson vacates? If every line has a bear and a rabbit, who's the next bear up?

Nobody that is really top 6 capable. I'd almost have to consider putting Kunitz with Malkin, and maybe putting Archibald on Sid's RW. Archibald has the speed and will throw the body around too.

Is Wilson concussed? I was hoping he just lost some chicklets or something.

DK's site mentioned he looked like he couldn't see and was feeling for the boards to find his way back.......hopefully I'm wrong but that doesn't look good for tomorrow.

Early reports from DK this morning/last night has Schultz as 50/50 to play tonight, and Hornqvist still not looking very likely to get back in.

Would be nice to get Schultz back in there. Would love to have Hornqvist back but maybe the extra game will do him some good. If they can close this out tonight he'll have not played for over a week and should be healed and very well rested.

What kind of shoulder injury could Schultz be dealing with if its 50/50 he plays? Not very serious, right?

I mean if he plays he must be able to take a hit without being further injured and leaving the Pens with 5 d again.

Schultz/Horny/Wedl all out tonight. Horny didn't even travel with the team.

Sportsnet reported today that Sullivan said Horny and shultz could play tomorrrow.
That is awesome news. I'm sure one of them will be able to suit up for the game. Put the pain aside if any!
Hornqvist would be a great return for that front net player they will need tomorrow!

Optional morning skate today. Hornqvist attended, and skated in a regular jersey. Did not appear to be limited according to several reports. Schultz did not attend the morning skate. Ruhwedel attended skate in yellow no-contact jersey.

Early indications are that Hornqvist will play tonight, and that Schultz will not. Somewhat of a surprise, as many in the media that watch practices have noted that Schultz looked really close to returning in watching his past skates, while Hornqvist seemed to be a ways off.

No official word yet, but....Sheary and Streit both left practice with the main group.....an indication they are both in the lineup tonight.

Hornqvist and Archibald stayed out for a good 40 minutes plus, I believe the last two to leave the ice.....a good indication that they are not in the lineup tonight.

Early indications are Sheary for Archibald and no changes on defense for Game 7.

Really need Hornqvist back tonight. He makes them better in every aspect of the game. His net front presence is badly needed. Anderson had too make clean looks at the puck Tuesday night.

Its a game 7. I would feel uncomfortable putting guys back in the lineup who at best probably need a game to get back up to speed, and at worst are not 100% and more of a liability.

This. And they could also be re-injured and leave the Pens shorthanded. So they are going to have to be real sure they can go if they should play.

Also with Hornqvist, since he has been out for so long, it must be something that can not be cured with painkillers.

Sully will go with the guys he thinks have the best chance to win. Hörnqvist, if healthy, but without rhythm, will play. Schultz in the same situation probably wouldn't play.

Bumping Sheary out for Hörnqvist isn't exactly taking a risk. Unless there's too much chance of re-injury and going down a man.

If 72 is healthy, he'll play.

72 looked fired up and possessed in warmups, I thought for sure he was going to play. He bounded down the tunnel after warmups like Tigger. Glad they won without him, but all signs look like he will be fully ready for R4G1. :thumb:

It'll be interesting to see who comes out if he is ready for G1. Sheary seems to be getting back to his game. I think Wilson needs to stay in there...he brings a lot of energy. Rowney is playing well. Im thinking Id scratch Hagelin.
