FYI, I bought 11 tickets... never got them. I think they were stolen out of the mail. Not too big of a deal to me because ticketmaster will void them, and I can print the tickets, but someone tries to sell the fake ones would suck for them.

That sucks. Im hoping they can reaach the seller on mine and find out if he can get printable versions. I'm not sure what to do, FedEx is sending the guy to my house tmw to see if he can remember where he left them at, not that that will help at all. By then it's gonna be cutting it close to get more tickets here in time. Should I order and then worry abuot fighting it out over paying for the ones I never got later?

They can do that but they may charge him so he might want you to pay him $5 or something.

you could always file a claim with fedex.. that takes a while though... best of luck.

This is going to be close to a home game, folks.
Living in Columbus, the only people I know that are going to this game are Pens fans. My buddy who works in the ticket office said that he thinks it will be about half and half, and that on the on-sale date for this game, they had more people from PA order tickets than people in OH.

I can't wait!

Bar is horrible. Don't go there.

R-Bar is the place to go if you can get in. A+ Hockey bar. On the East end of the arena, right when you walk out the doors take a left. It's next to Buca Di Beppo

I might get roasted for this, but I figured I'd ask...

A few years ago, I went to a Pens game in DC. A good number of fans had Terrible Towels. I know, I know...it's not a Steelers game.

My question is, is this acceptable, encouraged, or just plain frowned upon. A Terrible Towel at Consol would be wrong, but as a traveling Pittsburgher, is it something worth bringing to Columbus? I've seen them at other non-football sporting events where Pittsburgh is the road team. I always thought it was kind of cool, but I also love the Steelers and don't have a bug up my butt about them like some Pens fans do, hence me asking.

Either way, I'll have a towel of some sort...either the yellow kind, or a playoff one from last year

i dont see all the hooplah about the terrible towel being a "steeler exclusive" and I see no problem with it.

You see most of the terrible towels during the football playoffs. I am not sure you will see many at this game.


I have NO problem with it at all. I cant stand the obsession Pens fans have with crossing lines between the teams. But I would caution that you will probably be ridiculed by people for it.

Rally towels are ubiquitous at most sporting events anymore. I don't see an issue either.

there are a bunch of tix avail for the game on Sat. if you want to check out Ticketcrush.com, yes it is a broker site, but he has a bunch of SRO lower level tix for those that don't already have tix and are wanting to head over to the game.

again, it is a broker site, he is in biz to make money but you could always call and ask what type of deals he can work..

if interested, ask for kyle tix can be emailed i believe..

no I am not Kyle, just a pens fan friend of his who wants to see as many pens fans in the building as possible..

Well my FedEx stubhub ordeal was resolved. They gave me a voucher to use for 3 new tickets 1 section over that I just printed online. The cost, only $18 more total than my original tickets <---Me at Stubhub <----Stubhub at Me.

So i am going with my fiance this saturday and we are staying at the best western. I hear that it is pertty nice. So im thinking R-Bar is the place to go??? Do we all want to meet there for a few drinks? Also are we going to meet at the entrance and ridicule blue jackets fans before the game?
