The Penguins lose 2-1 in double overtime to Boston in front of 17,565 at TD Garden. Pittsburgh now finds themselves in a 3-0 hole after a deflating game in which they outshot the Bruins 54-40 and also hit several posts. Chris Kunitz scored the lone Pens goal at 8:51 of the second period. Tomas Vokoun made 38 saves on 40 shots.
