Pens w-i-n! (26-Feb-2004)
The Penguins ended their 18 game (0-17-0-1) winless streak with a 4-3 overtime victory over Phoenix. Pittsburgh came back from a 3-1 deficit in the second period to tie the game and then Ric Jackman got the streak-ender at the 1:48 mark of overtime with a deflection of a Dick Tarnstrom shot from the right point. Andy Chiodo had a strong game in net, made 28 saves on 31 shots and was the game's number three star in his first NHL win. The victory was the first ever for the Pens in Phoenix (1-5-2-0).
